Abstract:
This presentation discusses the preliminary findings of a study on York College of Pennsylvania’s asynchronous tutoring method. This method utilizes a mix of three forms of feedback: written feedback in a rubric, written feedback in the form of marginal comments, and audio feedback in the form of a screen-recorded video. This study looks into student perceptions of this method to understand how students interacted with the different forms of feedback in an asynchronous format. Viewers will gain a better understanding of student experiences with and opinions on asynchronous tutoring appointments with multimodal feedback.
